The Merritt Centennials are proud to announce the commitment of Zachary Losier. The 6’1, 190lbs., forward, from Niagara Falls, ON. Zachary comes from the Ottawa Jr. Senators team that won the CCHL championship in 2023 to advance to the Centennial cup. In his rookie season the 17 year old recorded 24 points with 12 goals and 12 assists in 40 games. Zachary also, played at the prestigious Ridley College program for the 2021-22 season recording 37 points with 16 goals and 21 assists in 24 games played.

“Zachary is a player that has great character and is a winner. He is great on the forecheck, responsible, plays a physical brand of hockey and tough on pucks. He is a good sized winger, that has really good offensive prowess and is just coming into his own as a young 18 year old player. I think Zachary will raise a lot of attention this year in the BCHL and NCAA. He can do a bit of everything and we are excited for our fans to see him in a Centennials jersey.”
