Team Red won the second Centennials intersquad game of training camp 3-2 over Team White in a shootout on Monday night at the Nicola Valley Memorial Arena.
Red jumped out to a 1-0 lead in the first period on a goal by Michael Sandor (92). It looked like that was the way the game would end before Payton Schaefer (93) tied it for White with eight seconds left in the third period to send it to a shootout.
Diego Cuglietta (95) and Scotty Patterson (93) tallied for Red in the shootout while Silvan Harper (92) found the back of the net for White.
Jack Burgart (95) and Michael Hails (94) each played half of the game in net for Team Red while Phoenix Logan-Hill (94) and Russell Sanderson (94) split the time in goal for Team White.
