Merritt Centennials goaltender Harrison May (89) was named Interior Conference Most Valuable Player at the BC Hockey League All Star Game in Vernon last night.
May made 21 saves on 24 shots in the third period, including a number of huge saves as the Interior Conference lost the game 13-5 to the Coastal Conference.
The 19-year-old Vancouver product leads the BCHL in saves and shots faced this season and will rejoin his Centennials teammates today to prepare for tomorrow's game in Westside against the Warriors.
