We are thrilled to announce the signing of 20 year old forward Sammy May from the WHL Vancouver Giants. Sammy is a smart, intense centremen who plays the game with speed and tenacity. We feel Sammy has good creativity and is a player that will rise up in the big games. He has great experience within the BCHL, AJHL and WHL.
Sammy will have an outbreak in offensive production for his final Junior hockey season with good opportunity within the Centennials lineup. Sammy is a powerful skater and has great playmaking ability. He has the determination and work ethic to bring success to the Merritt Centennials this season.
