Sales and Marketing Representative
The Merritt Centennials are the longest continuously run franchise in the BC Hockey League and are now entering our 40th Season. We are seeking a dynamic, self motivated individual to fill the position of Sales and Marketing Representative.
Your responsibilities are to:

Develop and implement a sales program that will bring value to our current sponsors.

Develop and implement a sales program that will bring the club new sponsors.

Promote our games to the people of the Nicola Valley by developing and implementing a fun filled event with contests and entertainment.

Provide advice and clerical support for the Marketing Committee and other fund raising committees.

Ensure that the Hockey Club meets all its responsibilities to the BCHL.
The position is paid a base salary and commission. Earning potential is $40,000+.
Enrolment in the health benefits plan is mandatory.
We are looking for someone with a strong marketing background that includes formal education in the marketing field. While we would prefer someone with several years experience we would consider a recent graduate.
