Wicks Transferring To Clarkson

Alumnus Nick Wicks (98) is transferring from the University of Alaska Anchorage to Clarkson after UAA cancelled their season and announced they are dropping Hockey as a varsity sport.

Wicks was a member of the Centennials for three seasons from 2016-2019 where he compiled 121 points over 177 games. He served as Captain during one of the best regular seasons in Cents history in 2018-19 where he was a point per game player registering 18 goals and 41 assists in 58 games.

At UAA in 2019-20: Scored 16 points in 35 games, which ranked third on the team.  Had 7 goals and 9 assists.  Recorded first career point with an assist in 2-1 loss at Maine on Oct. 12th.    Was named WCHA Rookie of the Week after scoring two goals and one assist in 4-0 win over Alaska Fairbanks on Oct. 26th.

At Clarkson he will be joining former team mate and line mate Mathieu Gosselin.
