The Merritt Centennials snapped their three game losing streak with a 4-3 win over the Prince George Spruce Kings Friday night at the Nicola Valley Memorial Arena.
Jeff Jones led the Cents with a goal and two assists while Evan Stack scored his first two career BCHL goals in the win. Dustin Lebrun also scored for Merritt while Regan Soquila, Brent Fletcher, Brandon Pfeil and Kameran Crawford had an assist each.
Rjay Berra, Faiz Khan and Justin Fillion scored for the Spruce Kings in the loss.
Tyler Steel made 26 saves for the Centennials in the win while Alex Wright kicked out 30 shots for Prince George.
Merritt finished the night 0/6 on the power play. The Spruce Kings went 1/4.
