The Cowichan Valley Capitals are pleased to announce that Jim Ingram is returning to the Cowichan Valley Capitals.  Ingram will join the Hockey Operations staff as Associate Coach/General Manager.

The Capitals organization is extremely happy to have Jim Ingram join forces with Associate Head Coach Dale Purinton for the upcoming season.
