The Merritt Centennials announced today they have committed to two new players from the CSSHL. A quote released today by Centennials new Head Coach Joe Martin gave a run down on each player:
Michael Regush-1998, Whiterock BC
"Michael is a great recruit for us. Last season he played very well for the Delta Hockey Academy in the CSSHL, and got into a couple of games in the BCHL. Michael is a very big body, who skates well and has a lot of great skills at both ends of the rink, I see us utilizing those skills is his first season."
Tyler Wickman-1998, Abbotsford BC
"Fans may remember Tyler, he played in 6 games for us last season as an affiliate player. Tyler is another big young man, who hails from Abbotsford BC, last season he played for the Yale Hockey Academy Prep team in the CSSHL. He's a calm player, who is still a young man but you will see the maturity in his play".
