Cents forward Colin Grannary commits to University of Nebraska Omaha for 2017-2018

The Merritt Centennials of the BCHL are proud to announce that 1997 born centerman Colin Grannary from Delta BC has committed to the NCCA Division 1 program University of Nebraska Omaha for the 2017-2018 school year. University of Nebraska Omaha Mavericks compete in the National Collegiate Hockey Conference, their roster currently holds the following fellow BCHL grads: Kirk Thompson (Prince George,) Riley Alferd (Penticton,) David Pope (West Kelowna,) and Luke Nogard (Powell River).

Currently Colin is in his second season with the Merritt Centennials. This season Colin leads the Centennials with 24 goals and 39 assists for 63 points.

Recently, Colin participated in the 2016 CJHL Prospects game where he scored Team West’s only goal and was named Team West MVP.

Colin ranks 186th overall on the Mid-term rankings by Central Scouting.
