The middle frame it was Merritt once again lighting up the scoreboard, the second goal coming from team leading scorer Henry Cleghorn at the 6:32 mark, the assists coming from Bradley Cocca and Zach Risteau. Just 75 seconds later it was Christian Sabin who was set up on a back hand pass from Brendan Schneider to put the puck past Cromer to put the Centennials up 3-0. At the 14:16 mark of the middle frame Merritt jumped up to a 4-0 lead thanks to Zach Court. Courts goal getting set up from Brendan Schneider and Michael Van Unen.
